Chive Potato Salad

1/2    cup mayonnaise
1       teaspoon salt
1/2    teaspoon pepper
2       teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4    cup chopped fresh chives
2       pounds new potatoes, cooked, peeled, and sliced

In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, and chives. Toss with the cooked, peeled, and sliced potatoes. Yield: 4 servings.
